The assistant, George, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the product and show us the options.

Although we placed our order over the phone we visited the store twice to see and check details. On both occassions the service from George was very good. Very Pleased.

The saleperson George had good knowledge of the products and explained everything.

I was visiting the store very late in the day, and even though the store was about to shut I was allowed to visit based on the fact that I was almost certain which product I wanted to purchase. I was then given the opportunity to browse the store for a bit to ensure I was indeed making the right choice of purchase, and I was allowed to take the 2 minute test to find out about the level of firmness needed for my new mattress. Furthermore the delivery day/time that I want the mattress to be delivered was still available. Overall the assistant was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and he really took his time to help and offer advise, even though it was past closing time.

The first day we went into Dreams Finchley Central to scope out what was available. We met Oliver the sales assistant and he showed us some mattresses and then suggested try the simulator. The results advised a very firm or firm. Oliver was very professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth, no pushiness. We left and had a think about what we had seen. A week later we returned to Dreams, meet Oliver again and tried the Osterley mattress. It was a quality firm mattress and we knew then that was the mattress for us. I was glad to make the pruchase through Oliver as he had provided excellent customer service throughout. The mattress was delivered within 5 days.

Oliver assisted me in getting a bed for my new flat. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. Oliver made the process very easy.

Seller was very polite and very willing to assist us. His service was excellent.

I feel I have got very good value and this will change the quality of my sleep. I am looking forward to getting my mattress
