Upon entering the store we were approached by Oliver who immediately addressed us even while with other customers. He was extremely professional, informative and friendly in demeanour. He was able to cater to all our needs and made the whole experience very memorable but carefree. I was very please with the level of customer service and reassurance. I had just purchased a matress and bed frame but being treated in such a positive manner without this modern pushy style to sell was pleasing. The ordering process was very stress free and having so many available slots for delivery was amazing. I would definitely recommend dreams and especially the Ballard lane branch.

George was very helpful, taking time to explain the products, answered all our questions and didn’t push a particular product, organised the sleep test machine and provided water during our visit.

Your store assistant Oliver was very helpful in helping me to choose the right mattress. He was able to share with me the benefits that this type of mattress would give.

The assistance we got (from George) was excellent. Knew all the products and gave us options and enough time for us to try everything. The whole process of purchasing was explained to us as we went along. Amazing service all around.

I had popped into the store earlier and had a chat with Alastair about taking away our old mattress, went back with my husband the day after and the greeted us in a very friendly and polite way - while maintaining social distancing. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about your products and took us through the assessment and testing process efficiently, also offering us a cup of tea and answering all our questions - again very friendly and professional.

The sales representative - Alistair - was fantastic. He has apparently only been in role a short time but he was faultless. A credit to the company!

Oliver was very attentive, he listened, was helpful and helped us pick the perfect mattress.
