Oliver is a very tentative member of the team at Dreams, he understood our needs and offer a great product to which we have now purchased along with some great pillows

The whole experience was first rate. Oliver the Sales assistant was very helpful.

Loved the sleep analysis machine, the fact we were offered tea or coffee as soon as we walked in and overall friendliness of all the staff.

George, the assistant was patient when I advised what I was looking to buy. He was also clear when making suggestions of which I gladly took on board and purchased.

I was dealt with efficiently and effectively by a patient sales assistant (Oliver) whilst trying to buy a bed for my difficult to please daughter !!!

The store had on display the products we wanted and alternative options. The sales assistant ( Oliver) was both knowledgable about the products and very helpful and polite. He even mad us a cup of tea. We were so pleased we bought the products plus additional cover.

George was very helpful, patient and informative on both occasions I visited the store. He provided options, demonstrated knowledge and at no time did I feel rushed despite the store being busy on the second occasion meaning he and his colleague had to juggle to make sure no one felt neglected. He was a very good salesman... I ended up spending far more than intended!
