The visit to the store was very pleasant due to the excellent customer service we received from George.

Staff (George) was extremely professional, attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Many beds we were able to try out. The high-tech diagnostics machine was welcome.

Howran and the team around her were knowledgable and helpful. I had carried out bed test and found what kind of mattress worked best for husband and I. Although this was for a spare room it was still important to get a really good mattress. The whole buying process was simple and stress free.

George was truly excellent. Knowledgeable, polite and fast.

Oliver was very helpful and talked us through the various mattresses. He advised us on pillows. Great service!
