The lady who was helping me was very knowledgeable and patient to me. I was very happy to find out the machine which tells me what is the best mattress for me.

Absolutely great experience! George was so much help in finding me the perfect mattress for my body type and was very accommodating throughout the time i was there. He was not pushy or anything like that which you tend to find with other bed salesmen, he took the time to educate us on what was best and made the whole experience very calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend him and Dreams to anyone who is looking for the perfect bed/mattress. Also i loved the sleep test that showed me what firmness and softness i needed. Overall i am very very happy with my experience at Dreams today and cannot wait for my mattress to be delivered. Many thanks to George and the Dream team!

I called in the morning, so check there was availability for the air bed I needed, I was told they had plenty in stock and one would be kept at the front especially for me! When I arrived, a lovely store assistant knew I had called and helped me with all the information and explained everything with no rush! I thank you for helping me in store and over the phone and highly recommend this particular branch!!

Oliver who served me was very polite and professional, he wore a mask and applied gel to his hands. He talked me through any back problems I had and then once I laid on the bed to check what was best for me, he took me to try out reccomended beds. He didnt pressure me into buying anything. I was also offered a bottle of water which was a nice thought as it was a hot day. I was very happy with the service recieved from start to finish. I have never shopped in dreams but would highly reccomend.
