Alistair at Finchley Central was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, very personable and very pleasant to deal with.

I visited the Finchley Central branch twice and had a great experience both times. Alistair helped me find what type of mattresses are the most suitable for me. He explained the different ranges Dreams offer and the options that were within my budget. The mattress I purchased was on 50% sale, very comfortable and it’s exactly what I was looking for. With Alistair’s help, I purchased all the items I was looking for with the current offers he recommended. I can’t wait for my bed and mattress to arrive! I highly recommend Dreams and will definitely visit again. Thank you Alistair! :)

At Dreams an assistant named Alister who attended us was very friendly and with full knowledge of the product we wanted to buy and helped us in each and every step of our purchase, so we were HIGHLY SATISFIED with our experience at this DREAMS.

I had specific requirements, anti allergy, various aches and pains, and whilst the information is available online, it is very helpful to be given the information directly, with various options. Also to have it given with humour and a smile - George reminded me of my eldest son who sells mountaineering equipment, not quite the same but close! He also cut short his lunch break by 10 minutes when he heard I was in store to see him - above and beyond the call of duty. I'm sure he didn't accidentally mistake me for another, more famous, Adele.

It was the black Friday weekend sale. I had no intention of buying a new mattress but I was interested in potentially getting a mattress topper. I was also curious to try the Sleepmatch service. After entering the store in Finchley, we were greeted by Oliver, who was very helpful and friendly. Oliver was very attentive, considerate and patient. I did not feel that Oliver was there as a salesman, but rather someone who was genuinely interested in helping me get a better night sleep. Oliver was very knowledgeable and talked me through all of the products and worked with me to identify what was right for me. As Oliver was extremely helpful, I ended up buying a mattress, pillow, mattress protector and duvet totalling over £1,300. I'm looking forward to my mattress being delivered next Monday!

Very friendly, and clear explonation

My son and I had a fantastic experience shopping for his new bed at Dreams Finchley. As soon as we entered the shop, we were approached by a friendly sales man who even asked if we'd like to have a tea, coffee or water which really impressed my son! We had a look at the range of single beds, chose our favourite and went on to try the mattress analysis. My son was advised on which mattresses would suit him and got to try each one so he could make the most comfortable choice. We went on to create our order and talk through all the options and delivery. We decided to add the pillows also. I am happy to relay that I can't fault the service we received. It was a pleasure and we would recommend Dreams and come back ourselves.

George at Dreams Finchley N3 was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right mattress for our new home. It was a nice experience shopping there and will definitely recommend to friends and family to visit.
