The Member of staff in Finchley who welcomed myself and my Dad was very personable. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My Dad has dementia and can get quite disorientated and confused when making decisions. Howran made Dad (and I) feel very comfortable and gave us the space we needdd to make our decision. Would definitely go back.

Found the gentlemans knowledge on the mattresses was excellent and guided us through the process , tried all the items he suggested until we found the perfect comfort . Ordered the mattress job done , was well informed regarding the delivery time etc very happy Delivery was on time as per text message the Delivery guys were very help full and a please to deal with . The whole thing was a Dream to deal with
