I bought a new bed and mattress from Dreams last year. The products and service were excellent so when I decided to buy a new mattress for one of my other beds I went back to Dreams. Very efficient and helpful staff member, very clean and tidy store with plenty of choices of mattress at a wide range of prices, not rushed to make my decision. Quick delivery date and will also dispose of my old mattress.

I had been to a different branch to view the product but when I tried to phone through the order all I get was the answerphone

The Member of staff in Finchley who welcomed myself and my Dad was very personable. She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. My Dad has dementia and can get quite disorientated and confused when making decisions. Howran made Dad (and I) feel very comfortable and gave us the space we needdd to make our decision. Would definitely go back.
