George was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his very professional conversations and were very impressed with his calm and kind nature. We didn't feel pressured into buying the more expensive product, we felt like he was very genuine and wanted to sell us the right product for our needs. The complimentary water was a lovely gesture too. All in all he didn't feel like a salesperson at all but somebody who knows what he is talking about and wants the best for his customers.

I thought the service was excellent and the assitant, Oliver, was very helpful. I have bought beds from you before and have thought the quality is good. The covid measures in place were satisfactory if a bit intrusive although I don't know how you could change that. The assistant offered me water and hand sanitiser which was helpful.
