The sales consultant George was attentive and extremely focused on understanding our customer needs. He helped us to easily weigh up the options that were available. He was knowledgeable regarding the bedcover service plan. He was honest in terms of telling us the availability, and the clear differentiators between the final few mattresses, as we were coming to a final decision. He also stayed behind at work an extra 30 minutes, in order to wait for us to make our order at 5.30ish on a Sunday. I am a professional sales person myself, and was extremely impressed by the service received, his manager was also present as was equally helpful. We will recommend this store to friends and family and colleagues.
