Dreams - Finchley

We were assisted by Oliver at the Finchley Central store when we were looking to buy a bed. Oliver listened to our needs carefully, introduced us to the SleepWell machine to find out the most suitable mattress to us, and recommended several products to us based on our needed. Overall, Oliver has been very helpful. We are yet to receive the bed we bought but hope it will be of good quality.

We did visit the Dreams at Finchley Central, the team were very friendly and professional . We have been assisted by George , he did take the time and show as around to make sure that we make the right choice . We really appreciate and we are happy with the service that we received. Only negative is that the bed that we really liked were out of stock so we had to order a different bed.

I have visited a couple of Dreams stores over the past year whilst deciding on replacing my Warren Evans mattress. I've always been seen promptly by polite and knowledgeable staff members and they've made me feel that they take Covid safety seriously without affecting my experience of shopping. It's good that they ensure you use the sanitiser and cover the mattresses. They also offered me and my elderly mother a bottle of water which was appreciated.
