The Customer Service Representative was demonstrating the information pertaining to the product very easily and with ease. I felt that it suited my requirements and as such gave that rating. I felt that the Company could have done something about keeping the price down a little!

Staff was increasingly helpful without being overbearing and they knew the products really well. Products were of very good quality but interest free paying method made them affordable. I bought from same store several years ago and it was just as good, so quality is consistent.

George was enormously helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our needs and point us in the right direction. He offered alternatives to try and explained the ordering process with COVID restrictions. Very happy with the whole quick and easy process .

Steve was very attentive. Loved the cup of coffee. It was like going back in time when customer service was excellent.

Oliver helped a tremendous amount both in store and over the phone he went out of his way to offer an excellent service
