Excellent service but there was really not much choice within my price range.

the sales person did not tell us that the product is made only for your stores. The mattress could be found on the manufacturer site.

We were presented several mattress options with one that was indicated as a good choice for our needs, when we wanted to move forward and purchase it ,suddenly we were told a higher price than the one presented in the store, when we asked why this was we were told it was a mistake and that the price was higher. Following this a suggestion was made that we buy another brand and mattress and no real apology or solution was presented to us other than to look for another mattress. When we switched to a different brand we were told that the down payment is 20%, which again proved to be wrong and misleading and in addition, due to our situation we were not certain the mattress size was correct for our needs, so we were told that a change could be made if it is done before the delivery date, however when we spoke to customer service they said this wasn't true and although we were able to make the change, the delivery date was pushed back for almost a week!! Needless to say that almost everything said to us turned out to be incorrect and misleading and no compensation or apology, or even attempt to help was provided.

We had agreed everything with the sales person and the manager. This was also written on an order confirmation. Checking the order the sales man made an error and we were told that we would have to pay an extra £200. I said this is a legal document and binding by law. The manager said Head Office says NO. I tried to go ahead with the transaction even having paid £1440 the price on the original order. We left the store. I now wish I had taken legal advice

Unfortunately the delivery we placed came out of the 2 hours slot that Dream gave to us, with almost 1 hour late. Not only that, we weren't called to be warned that there was a potential delay, and not only that, the delivery guy didn't say sorry nor apologized at all for the terrible delay. It was a very negative delivery experience.

We purchased a bed in your Finchley London store. We changed our desired bed purchase to a stock item so we could have early delivery. When the order was placed we were given a completely different date and the store assistant said she would ring through to gain delivery for our requested date. On the delivery date expected I called the service line and was told there was no order listed for dispatch to our address, and the store had been notified of this the week earlier. The store staff failed to notify us of this even though i called 3 times to confirm. The store also claimed full payment of the bed over the phone by credit card when we had only authorized 50% with the remainder to be paid on confirmation of delivery date. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with a complete lack of respect for the time and inconvenience we have experienced in dealing with your store. In particular a lack of coordination and communication and by Paula Burke in your Ballards lane London store.
