The displayed prices can be confusing as you can see prices and it's not clear which price refers to the display item. Also clearer signage on medium/firm ranges and what size the display model is. Also the shop wasn't cool enough in the heat.

Three people in the store only one sort of offered help by saying "You need to lay on the beds." Then help another couple that walked in. The other two stood about offering no assistance.

the price is too high. I did not get a discount even though I had bought the same mattress a year ago. I was charged for assembly twice.

First of all I will say that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. After we decided we wanted to buy the Mumsnet Spirit super king size mattress with a lot of recommendations from the staff we found to our surprise that the price that was on the product label was not the price of the product!! There was a 200 gbp discrepancy. That really made us feel cheated and misled.

there were three assistants behind the counter. the only other customer left while we were waiting. we had to go to the counter and state that we wanted to buy a bed before anyone would acknowledge us. When the bed was delivered the delivery people were unhelpful. overall a disappointing experience

We visit the dreams store, Zahur showed as the bed, we returned back a week later to purchase the order, We were attended by Steve, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the products however, it seems it was very rushed, he neglected to give us the green bag, as soon as got home I realised I called him, he said I had to go and collect the bag as he won't be able to delivery at home, I was surprised I had to go back, imagine if I wouldn't have notice we were missing the bag, the delivery people wouldn't have taken the old matrees. Steve did give me a goodie bag to apologise. Steve told us he was given insurance for the mattress and the ottoman but transpires is ONLY for the ottoman. The day of the delivery we got call we had to dismantle the bed,
