I attended the shop and was the only one in there then a couple of seconds later a couple came in and demanded to be seen as only had a little time I agreed for them but they took ages and then had to call back over the phone

Ordered a headboard and I said I would collect but was informed that I would still have to pay the £10.00 delivery charge whether I collected it or if it was delivered

Until I've received the mattress and tried it out for real, I don't feel I can be entirely highly satisfied!

I felt that the prices both before and after the discount weren't clearly shown but the Sales Person was very good in that respect. Also, I would suggest more than 1 computer at the Epsom store so that more than one customer can be dealt with at a time.

I was satisfied, I purchased the item for which I was looking. I haven't received this item yet. It would be illogical to say that I am highly satisfied since I haven't received the item yet.

Having reviewed the order confirmation - customer copy - there is a section which starts with a tick about please do not send me details of products, etc, and then 4 boxes with a X in. This is highly ambiguous. I specifically do not want phone calls or similar from Dreams. But does the X signify that I will or will not receive these? And at no time during the sale process was this referred to or raised by the salesman so it has been completed without any reference to me. The default should be that there is no such contact although as stated above, the order form is far from clear as to what this actually means. Not happy with this aspect of the process.

I wanted to see and feel a single bed - not to be told that there were none on display and that it would take a month to have one made and delivered/. Although the quality was good the price was rather high; it not been for my special circumstances I would have gone for a cheaper bed and looked elsewhere.
