Dreams - Epsom

I found the task of selecting the right mattress not easy as laying on them they all felt the same. one needs to spend a fair amount of time on each mattress to assess the comfort factor. I do not feel comfortable doing that in a shop showroom.

The staff member was very helpful, and gave us all the assistance we needed,but when it came to placing our order the desk space was very small. There was another couple placing an order at the same time with another staff member and I could hear everything that was being said. Distracting.

I was looking for a small single bed and the store did not have any on display

I visited the store twice. The first time the assistant was helpful but was obviously a heavy smoker. I could tell that while standing next to him. Not very pleasant. I then waited until it was his day off then went back and placed my order with the assistant that day.

I cannot comment until I receive the mattress.

We were satisfied and would give you 8/10, which we think is fair, to score 10/10 your store would have to be exceptional whereas it is ok. Your sales assistant Kim was very helpful.
