Have to wait too long for delivery. In order to get a sooner delivery date had to take a colour I don’t wish for.

I was mostly highly satisfied in most areas but I just felt that Paul could have conversed in a more personal manner. He certainly knew all his facts but needed to empathise more. But very efficient

I was highly satisfied with the service provided. But I am not impressed by the barrage of fake sales , just price your products competitively and provide good service, that is what customers want.

I have not received the mattress yet or tried it out so I will not rate my experience as Highly Satisfied.

Bed I wanted to see was not in store

I cannot say if I am satisfied with the product as it has not been delivered yet and I have not slept on it. The experience at the shop was great. So far, so good. Suggest you send this survey once customers have used the product.

It was a straightforward purchase as I already knew what I wanted to buy but there were no problems and the guy who looked after me was very helpful.

Expensive cost for recycling of old mattress

The only reason is that they didn't stock the particular pillows we required but we did get a very good mattress and good service.
