Dreams - Epsom

Visited the store twice to look around, we were served quickly. The man that served us seemed highly knowledgable. The purchase was quick and easy.

I visited the Epsom store and was assisted by Tony who in fact gave a very high level of customer care, I'm a care manager and brought with me a colleague and an individual who lives in the residential home, the warmth tony showed to Eira was incredible, she was made tea and made to feel comfortable which sometimes can be difficult as Eira cannot hear, Tony should be commended on the customer journey we experienced and definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Many thanks for an easy happy experience.

friendly, fast, competitively priced

Having been in the store for about 20 minutes, the staff then decided to show me further stock supply downstairs. I felt confused as to why they didn't show me these beds originally from the beginning. Also the shop was in a poor condition. It needs decorating and improving. The leather chairs were cracked and in need of replacing. The condition of the shop didn't really give dreams a good name

Felt the sales assistant although very helpful was following a script and ticking all the boxes to ensure good customer satisfaction

I was slightly surprised with the pricing code . I went to buy a bed and was surprised all the extra costs for firefly the headboard and side drawers which Wasn't made clear when I visited the Epsom store the day before to enquiry about purchasing mattress frame etc . The installing of the bed frame and the disposal of old items were at a extra charge which wasn't clear but little choice than to purchase . I paid more than expected but ordered due to my needs for my family .

I WOULD HAVE LIKE TO OF SEEN TWO SINGLE BEDS IN YOUR STORES YOU DO HAVE A VERY LARGE AREA PLUS THE FACT ALL YOUR BEDS ARE LARGE BED YOUR STAFF AT THE SHOP WAS VERY GOOD POINTING OUT THREE LARGE BEDS THAT CAN BE AJUSTED FOR SINGLE BED, HOW EVER ITS NOT THE SAME AS LOOKING AT A SINGLE BED

The salesman explainedin detail the various manufacturers goods and range of prices after finding out my spending limit.

Not yet taken delivery of the items ordered so difficult to rate satisfaction.
