THE ASSISTANT I HAD SEEN BEFORE KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND WAS HAPPY WITH US CHANGING OUR MINDS FOR A DIFFERENT BED. HIS KNOWLEDGE OF BEDS AND MATTRESSES WAS UNBELIEVABLE, ALSO HE HAD OFFERED US A DRINK WHILST SORTING OUT THE PAPERWORK AND TRYING OUT MATTRESSES

From the moment we walked into the shop, the staff were friendly. They made us aware they were there to help but did not make us feel intimidated and waited for us to approcah them when we were ready. Paul was amazing and his knowledge of the products immense, he even made us tea! We will most definitely be returning to Dreams once our extension is finished to order a super king bed.

I was greeted on arrival. None of the assistants were available due to the store being busy but they still made me feel as if they were being attentive to me. When I finally spoke with an assistant, they had great product knowledge and were extremely friendly without pushing the sale.

Had already spotted a product we were after on the Internet. This was on show in the store and the assistant explained additional add ons etc very clearly. He was helpful but not overwhelming, allowed us to trial products freely. We were offered refreshments which was a nice touch and there was now waiting around.

The customer service was excellent. It was a very relaxed purchase and didn't feel pressured into buying anything. The quality of all the beds was brilliant and the assistant informed us about all the offers available so I could get the most out of my money. The delivery was very fast as I got my bed within the week. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the assistant and the comfort guarantee as it helped us decide on the right bed for us and had the security of knowing we could exchange it within 6 weeks if it wasn't quite right.

Paul from the epsom store was fantastic with us and very very helpful and honest. We are very happy with our new mattresses. We received the right advice from him.

I knew the type of mattress I wanted, the assistant showed me the options, I went back and forth a few times to try different mattresses until I made may choice. A painless experience. All sorted in under half an hour.
