Dreams - Epsom

The staff was very helpful. He didn't try and sell me the most expensive mattress, he sold me the right product for my needs! Very pleased with my visit and would return again!

The salesman was helpful and professional and most helpful.That is why after seeing him in the morning we went back in the afternoon

John the assistant I was served by John who had very good knowledge of the beds in the Epsom store. As I am an OAP he help me chose a suitable bed. Nothing was to much trouble for him and explained everthing to me in great detail. I am now look forward to receiving my new bed !! and would use the Epsom store again.

Very friendly staff (at least at the store in Epsom), it was quick and easy to place an order. The store seemed to be a bit small, but still plenty of beds to look at.

Sales team member John was very helpful with regard to all the questions asked. Had a nice cup of coffee whilst making our purchase,and enjoyed pleasant and friendly assistance throughout.

The sales person was very knowledgable and took time to listen to our needs and clearly explain the options. All the sales staff were very friendly and didn't mind our young daughters playing whilst we browsed. This was the first store we wnt to and ended up going back after visiting a few others, this was mainly due to the salesman.

We were greeted as we entered, explained the various colour coding, offered a drink and then given space to decide on what we wanted. The salesman was not pushy but at the same time recognised when we might need assistance. A very friendly and informative experience.

The sales assistant was helpful without being intrusive there was enough choice and overall it was a plesant experience

Tony was very knowledgeable, helpful and allowed just the right level of time for me to try the products before coming over to offer assistance again. A perfect salesman!

I found Paul the assistant very helpful, was able to help with exactly what I was looking for and was also very friendly and polite.
