The assistant very quickly understood what i needed and gave suggedtions

I went into the store requiring a headboard. I was immediately helped by the manager who showed me a good range. He was very helpful and the order was placed that day.

I went into the store to look at Sealy beds and was shown some and explained the difference to my total satisfaction. This resulted in my buying a bed without feeling pressurised. I was then able to arrange for delivery at a date that satisfied my needs

Tony the store manager was very helpful and made our purchase an enjoyable experience.

Greeted friendly. He understood all our requirements. Good demonstration. Not pushy. Then left us alone to make our decision. Answered all our questions and explained all the money side of the transactions. To us this was very good salesmanship.

The sales assistant was extremely friendly, knowledgable of all products but not pushy. He made us feel at ease and he listened intently to my Dad's 'story' of his 50 year old bed!!. His communication skills were A class, our transaction from entering the shop to completion of purchase took no longer than twenty minutes. Would definately recommend this branch to friends and family members
