We were satisfied not highly satisfied, we got good information and you had the right product at a fair price.

Staff were friendly and attentive but not pushy - had the products that I wanted - store was convenient to where I live and felt like a better experience than if I had brought on line because of the personal touch.

I received a friendly greeting on entering the store and was left to browse for a short while before an assistant asked if he could help. A nice touch as in no way did I feel pressurised. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure he knew just what I was looking for and didn't try to persuade me to look at anything I didn't want. Again, he didn't hover which is good. I was even offered a coffee. It was a pleasure to purchase my mattress from this store.
