I was looking for a good quality mattress for my daughter we were given good advice tried out a number of options in the store and bought something suitable with ease and no difficulty.

The sales person was helpful without being pushy and was informative and knowledgeable.

The customer service was excellent I was even given a bottle of water whilst the order was placed. I didn't have to wait to be served. The sales assistant was helpful without being pushy. The mattress I bought is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life.

Paul was friendly and informative. We hadn't bought a mattress for over 20years so didn't know what was on offer in this century! But Paul explained clearly what the different colour bands on the beds meant. We chose our mattress very quickly because of this.

Your staffs approach was understanding and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. His explanation of the product line was first class and gave us the direction we were looking for. He was aware of our budget and stayed closely to our needs and this was very appreciated as we had a fixed budget to spend. His attitude was pleasant and his approach professional yet understanding. We left your store fully satisfied as we had been left with the understanding that our business had been valued. A first class encounter.

Tony the sales assistant I met on the first visit was extremely informative regarding product, best price and payment options. He managed to do this without being pushy. I went back the following day and placed my order with John who was competent and helpful. Completely hassle free experience
