Friendly, informative assistance provided to help me with my purchase of two mattresses

Assistant very helpful and friendly and knew his products and understood what we were looking for.

Was made aware of choices in mattresses with a good description of differences by price. Selected mattress available for delivery in 5 days.

We visited the store in Epsom to purchase a spare bed. After explaining our requirements we were shown the various beds and additions available. We were left to make our decision without any pressure which was very nice. After our purchase we looked around for a replacement bed for ourselves, at a later date, and felt very comfortable trying out the various mattresses at our leisure. Overall a very good experience.

There was a couple of inconsistencies with the celery process between employees.

I needed a guest bed quickly. The website in-store said delivery would be a month. The assistant phoned the warehouse for me and said it could be delivered next week.

Very helpful customer service, and very clear advice.

The friendliness, understanding of my requirements and the tecqnical knowledge of the staff.

The assistant was very polite and very informative about the different products for different needs that we're available. He was also very helpful with all questions that we asked.
