I have to say first class sales man JOHN Code 036 - he did not pester us but gave us his full attention and help throughout our enquiry and we felt he is a superb salesman very helpful in every way and would always go back to the shop. Thank you Dreams

My wife went the day before and Paul went through the options for her and narrowed the mattress options down to 3. I came the next morning and Paul remembered the options and the one my wife chose. This made my decision making a lot speedier. He also explained the returns policy clearly which also helped with my decision over what to buy. It was also nice to be given a bottle of water whilst I was waiting as it was a hot day.

John was quick to assist us and was knowledgable. He was flexible on offering us a good price.

We merely wanted a small bed that was only likely to be used occasionally and at a reasonable cost. We feel sure we will be highly satisfied with the product and we were very pleased with the price.

Assistant helpful but not intrusive. Didn't "push" any particular items. Knowledge was excellent
