We had the full attention of the Shop Assistant and he answered all our questions and showed us product with ease. He was very efficient.

The Manager, Antony, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase or restriction on his time. He explained the various products available to us which made it easier to make our choice.

The staff were really friendly & helpful and explained everything that was needed, didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a sale. I was able to look round and try out different things and come back the next day after deciding at home what was best for me. Really pleased with this purchase.

Easy to find mattresses that we did not have to turn. No pressure yet instant advice when we wanted it, also a clear description of the different sales colours before we started testing the beds. The offer of a cool drink or a cup of tea was really appreciated.
