I was very satisfied with the service. As soon as I walked in the shop the salesman came straight over to me to explain which beds were firm medium etc. he was extremely helpful. I must have tried at least 10 beds and he stood by explaining all the differnces etc. Also talked to me about finances which was very helpful. So was very satisfied.

The gentleman who assisted us couldn't have been more helpful. He was there to answer all our questions and make suggestions while in no way being pushy and giving us time to look around the store.

The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.Although the shop was empty of other customers he was willing to spend time and making alternative suggestions to meet our needs. it was a calm and stress free experience. So nice to be able to try out the the mattresses to found out which was most suitable. Can't get this on line!

I am moving to a new, unfurnished house in 1 week and as a result, required a bed and mattress at very short notice. I was assisted by Paul who I can honestly say has restored my faith in customer service. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, he was very friendly, massively efficient and listened very closely to my needs. From arriving in the store to leaving with exactly what I needed, it couldn't have been more then 20 minutes. Paul is a brilliant employee and one you should do all you can to keep within Dreams!! I was with my mother who agreed he was great, and we would both highly recommend people going to see him for their bed needs. I couldn't be happier with how I was served by Paul.

The assistant was very helpful without being too attentive. The Product range together with the benefits and limitations were conveyed succinctly. We were then allowed to make our own selection with any additional information we deemed necessary.
