Dreams - Epsom

This was the 3rd time we visited this store and each time we've received good service advice so having checked out 2/3 other places, decided to purchase from this store.

The colour code of different types of beds was very helpful. The lay out of the store was good.

Very good service in terms of professionalism and efficiency

The colleague did not show me the most expensive option first, but when I wanted a softer mattress I did choose it. Also explained the mattresses in a straightforward manner

As a person who suffers with back problems, a good quality mattress is a top priority. The staff at Dreams were incredibly helpful (and patient) and guided me towards the correct mattress choice. I didn't feel at all pressured which I appreciate in a sales person. All in all, I would highly recommend Dreams as a great choice for purchasing a new bed!

Very friendly, helpful but not pushy staff. Needed to change my delivery day and that was quickly sorted out, no problem at all.

There were no negatives with our experiences to the Epsom store. We went in a few months ago to start looking at our options, spoke to a guy in there who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I popped back in between to ask more questions, they knew i wasn't ready to buy then but was still very helpful, which you don't normally get in sales rooms. When we returned at the weekend, John remembered us from before and served us quickly, checking that we were sure with our choice and helped to explain any queries we had. Friendly, helpful and efficient, everything we wanted. Just the wait for our new bed now...

Very helpful assistants

John in store was so helpful and having bought a bed frame and mattress earlier this year he remembered us and the mattress we had ordered. We required another mattress for our second bedroom and John was quick and knowledgable in confirming that we wanted the same mattress and it would meet our needs. Great service, friendly and stress free. I walked away happy we had ordered exactly what we wanted. Delivery guys, Ojay and Steve were on time, friendly, put shoe protectors on to protect my flooring and got the old mattress out and the new one in fast and without any problems. They were careful and explained how to look after the mattress and left me with contact details should I need any further help or assistance. Couldn't ask for more. Well done !
