The assistant (John) was very informative but not instrusive and left us to try the beds after explaining the options. Not at all pushy and happy for us to go home to measure (double or king?) and told us when he would be available if we wanted to place the order. This was the most important reason I went back as I hate being sold things, prefer to buy. Bed was more expensive than I anticipated but that may reflect the fact it's some years since I had to buy one. Would definitely go back.

The staff member who dealt with us explained everything to out satisfaction. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us just anything. We explained what we wanted and he showed us the choices. A great visit even when we didn't get the order right. Went back and the order was sorted by the same staff member--brilluanr

Polite curteous helpful staff. Both on the phone and in store. Will be buying another bed in the next couple of weeks and then a further bed in about a months time. Excellent service and quality and helpfulness.

From the moment we walked through the door John gave us a friendly greeting. He asked what we were interested in and then asked questions to help him gauge what mattress would best suit us. He was extremely helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. This was the 3rd or 4th time in recent weeks we have visited the store and on each occasion John has assisted us with this same level of exceptional customer service. He is a credit to dreams.

No pressure to buy at my first visit. Brochures and advice given to takeaway and think about. When I went back to purchase my item 5 weeks later there was still no pressure to buy which is his I like to shop. Product knowledge was good and took time to serve me properly. Really efficient service.

The service I received was excellent. It is always reassuring to return to s store some years after first visiting to find the same manager and be offered the same level of service

Very helpful member of staff, understood that I wanted a mattress not too hard and not too soft. It was explained to me that should I not be happy with my purchase I could exchange the item for one more suited to my needs. Excellent service and also delivery.
