I found the service was very efficient with great service and help. Apart from a bed head delaying the order too far past my needed date it was excellent. Very happy with the service.

Paul the Manager at the Epsom store was very helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of the order from signing to delivery.

The sales assistant was one of those men who filled you with easy and confidence the moment we stepped into the store. He had an excellent knowledge of all the beds and was very eloquent with communicating this to us.

Paul, the sales consultant who assisted us, was friendly, helpful and informative without being pushy. He gave us all the information we needed in order to make an informed decision and listened to our needs. Unlike many stores, we did not feel as though we were being coerced or pushed towards buying a product that we did not want. Paul's professional attitude helped us make the decision to buy from Dreams. The ordering system was quick and simple and delivery was offered within a few days.

We were impressed wwit the knowledge of the sales assistant and the fact there was no feeling of pressure to buy. The purchase was efficient and we felt we were buying a quality product.

Paul Holman was very helpful and knowledge, able to answer our questions then gave us space to look at the products, also there when we had more questions. Very good customer service, patience and didn't feel pressurised to make a quick decision.

Hi we came to have a look at the bed options at your Epsom store we had restricted access to our 3rd floor bedroom so were not sure what bed would work for us, it did not take long for our assistant John to narrow down our options and enable us to make a choice, as for the matress they seemed to have all the options for us to try and we chose the perfect one for us within 10 mins, could never have done all that online and John made the whole experience painfree, can well recommend John and the Epsom store if you want to choose the right bed.

The shop assistant Paul was extremely knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions clearly and made the experience very easy.
