Dreams - Epsom

John, the Sales Advisor at Epsom Branch, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams (especially the Epsom branch) to friends and family.

First, the store is local to me and I have purchased from them before. There is a great range of products although I knew what I wanted to buy. The main reason for visiting Dreams on this occasion was the amount of publicity in the windows advertising a 50% reduction!

John the assistant was very knowledgable about the beds, he showed me all the beds in my price range and wasn't pushy

The knowledge and friendliness of the assistant made, what could have been a very difficult task, very simple. Overall our experience at dreams was very satisfactory.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable about the products available in the shop and was able to take my experiences of mattresses and provide recommendations, information and cheapest options available. For example, we were trying one bed and he said an identical mattress, but different brand was available elsewhere in the shop at a considerably reduced price.

I was able to test the beds. The information on price was clear. The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were very happy not to be hassled by the sales man , It was nice as didn't find it awkward trying the beds out ,and was able to take are time to chose .

We were attended to immediately and received excellent advice on choosing the right kind of mattress we required, with plenty of opportunity to try them out. we were very impressed with way the order was processed and the delivery date arranged- also that the old mattress would be removed. The fact that we (unexpectedly) hit the last day of a sale was an added bonus! Full marks all round.

Very friendly and helpful assistant (John) who helped make it an enjoyable shopping trip. As someone who is not keen on shopping experiences generally, we were able to get everything sorted quickly and efficiently with no fuss. Perfect. Lollies were available too. Cannot complain at all. The store manager - Paul Holman was very helpful and very knowledgable. He offered a lot of advise and assistant, but without being too pushy. He gave us all the possible alternatives in different price ranges and also explained about promotions and very kindly gave us a free mattress protector. We came to the store to have a look a week earlier, and then have returned week later to make the purchase as we felt happy with the way we were being dealt with as customers. We wish there were more store managers like this!
