Greeted with friendliness and a smile by sales assistant. Helped to understand the differences in all the matresses. Very efficiently served. Delivery times much better than most stores. Would definitely recommend.

We had firstly gone to your New Malden store which we found very compact, no staff available to help and it wasn't set out very easy to know what's what. Later we went to the Epsom store where everything was very clear we had a man called John help us who was very informative and not pushing us to buy the most expensive thing but rather the most suitable for our needs.

Lots of choice, good product knowledge of salesperson

When we arrived John at the Epsom store was quick to help us. We had come in for a simple bed and fell in love with the black leather one which had a tv that came up from the footboard. It was a big financial decision for us and John was never pushy. He explained all our financing options and we decided to go ahead with the mattress and bed of our dreams

Service was very good and carried out in a friendly manner

Paul was incredibly helpful. I visited this shop on two occasions, on the first visit he gave all the assistance I needed. I did have all of the items in my online basket and keep receiving emails to remind me! But, I really wanted to go back support the shop as the service had been so great the first time.
