Staff member very helpful. He was there when we needed him, but didn't put pressure on us. He was very knowledgable and courteous.He explained everything we needed to know about the beds we looked at.

We were highly satisfied because Paul, who was the only assistant in the shop, approached us, asked as what in particular we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction so to speak, and said he would leave us alone until we needed his help. No badgering, just very helpful

Helpful staff. Able to lie on bed to try out. Staff knowledge of the different products. To be fair I had done my homework online before going to store. Only think negative is that the web site gives the impression that delivery and collection are included int he price.

John (Epsom Branch) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us. He had also assisted me on a previous purchase when I was advising my cousin on an ottoman selection. I can't assess the quality of the bed and mattress bought until I have tried them out at home. I shall be happy to give you feedback then!

We visited the Dreams shop in Epsom and were served by Paul. I was apprhensive about being pushed into a purchase but nothing like that happened. Paul was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout and was able to answer all of our questions as to types and quality of mattresses and gave us time to try put and discuss matters. We were offered a coffee and felt unrushed and very happy with the mattress chosen. The 40-day trial period was a pleasant surprise as well.

We were left to have a look round at our leisure and then speak to one of the sales assistants when we were ready. There was no pressure to but placed on us.

Greeted immediately on arrival despite there being quite a few customers.

Paul at the Epsom store couldn't have been more helpful. We were extremly impressed with his help and wouldn't hesitate to go there again with confidence.

We wished to order a mattress for our son and therefore had both our children with us on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted the experience to be quick and stress free which, with the help of Greta, we achieved. I appreciate being given straight forward information and being spoken to rather than being spoken at. Greta is a credit.

I WAS ALLOWED TO LAY ON SEVERAL MATTRESSES TO TRY THEM OUT. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE UP TO 40 NIGHTS TO BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT IF I WASN'T HAPPY WITH IT. ASSISTANT WAS WILLING TO SPEND TIME WITH US.
