Dreams - Epsom

The store manager in Epsom was friendly yet professional, listened to our needs and clearly explained the difference between the items. He didn't pushed the sales or any unwanted item on us but explained the additional options, ex. extra guarantee option.

John was fantastic. Greated me by name and covered everything we would need as well as making covid rules seem very simple and friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Store looks a little old but it had been in epsom for years so I understand

I have shopped at Dreams for probably about 20 years and I have always gone to the Epsom store. The same two staff are there and provide excellent service and easily accessed my records and sort of recognised me. What greater customer experience can you get for a high street bed shop??

Paul store manager was great. Explained the test bed and showed us the options. Sanitiser and Ppe and distancing. Understood bed was for just a few years use.

We weren’t sure what mattress we wanted but we were well looked after and vert satisfied with the result.
