The staff were very helpful and they explained the difference in ratings of the mattresses which made it easier when selecting the right one. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was the only customer in the store so had the assistants undivided attention and he explained and showed me the different products used in each bed and why there were price differences for each different mattress

Extremely happy with my purchase and help from the store and especially from Paul and Abou the two delivery guys. They were efficient, polite, within the time scale and kept me up-to-date on when they would be there to drop the mattress off, so I wouldn't be kept waiting unnecessarily and even took their shoes off when they delivered the item. Would highly recommend Dreams without a doubt. Thank you.

We were greeted by a salesperson who let us wander without pressure and was available when we did require help. He gave advice and the order was processed in a timely manner with a delivery date to suit. The store we visited is only a small store, Epsom, so choice is obviously limited. Although purchasing a bed for a spare room, I still prefer to test the bed before purchase and would be unlikely to order on-line where there is more choice.
