Staff were friendly and helpful and showed me exactly what I wanted. Early delivery was agreed and also removal of existing mattress. The whole process was extremely easy and completed in record time. Now just waiting for the delivery.

Staff member was quick to greet us, and was able to steer us directly to the type of mattress we were looking for. Discussed alternatives but wasn't pushy or in a rush.

We were approached as soon as we entered the store. Paul was very helpful explaining the differences in the type of mattresses on sale and the corresponding price differences. We made our choice fairly quickly, but on walking over to the computer, it was in use by another salesman closing a sale. We were asked if we would like a coffee whilst we waited, which we accepted, and the sales person chatted to us asking if we would like a mattress protector which I hadn't intended purchasing. We were shown two types and Paul explained the difference in the products along with the prices. We took the higher price for the mattress we were buying and another for a double bed at home and were very pleased. I asked about the old mattress being taken away and the price and procedure were explained. I was very satisfied with the level of service and will definitely be using this store for further purchases in the future.

I went with my daughter to purchase a mattress. We were approached straight away by a representative who asked what we needed and who then explained about different types of mattresses and prices. I made my choice and was taken over to the sales table where other customers were ordering. As we had a wait we were asked if we would like a coffee and the chap went off to make it. He was very personable and was chatting about mattress protectors and how invaluable they could be so I purchased one for the new bed. At nearly 93 many people talk to my daughter as if I don't exist but I felt valued as a customer and that is what I like about this store.

We received good attention and explanation and it was simple to try the beds and make our choice. I did not think we would be able to make a decision so fast, make the order and leave.

I was loking for a matttress that didn't need flipping. There were 3 in the shop, the salesman explained all about them including the differences between them. All very successful, I chose the mattress I wanted, paid for it and was out the store in under 20 mins. That's the way I like to shop. ThNk you

Your sales colleague Paul was able to impart his knowledge about the mattress styles, types prices etc without being overwhelming or pushy. There was a good selection in store- we had an idea about what we wanted but were helped a great deal by Paul and came away feeling very satisfied. The mattress has since been delivered and so far has met our expectations although we are aware of the 40 day trial period and were particularly impressed with this. The mattress protector is also very good.

I went to Epsom store 2 years ago meet a gentleman called Paul, needed another bed now went to same store and was greeted by Paul I knew roughly what I wanted but his help found item quick, he did do up selling but never did I feel pressured all done in minutes which is what I needed

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, we found what we wanted quickly, the process was easy and the delivery date was within 3 days.
