I always fine the staff very helpful but not pushy They give advice and allow me time to consider my purchase have bought single bed mattress and headboards in the last year and will return for another mattress soon

Id previously dealt with John at Epsom who was so helpful and hugely knowledgeable. The gentleman I actually ordered with at a later date was also excellent.

Close to home and convenient service what we were looking for

Paul was attentive and polite. He qualified what the purpose of our visit was and helped us select the right products for us. We only buy when we are comfortable with the people we are dealing with and Paul made us feel at home. We took our time and did not feel under any time pressure to make a decision. We even had enough space to have a cup of tea while we made a clear decision. The product knowledge available from Paul gave us the right information to place an order there and then and we normally sleep on a big purchase like this (no pun intended). Overall nothing could have gone any better, even the finance offer was setup in a few minutes and we left knowing our new bed would be delivered in less than a week.

John the gentleman who served us was most helpful and certainly knew his product. Was very satisfied with the service and will certainly go back if I require anything else from Dreams. Thank you.
