Dreams - Epsom

The member of staff who assisted me in Epsom Dreams was very good. We came in just before closing and he was still more than happy to help. Very polite and gave us as much time as we wanted. He was very good at his job. (I came in Thursday 26/06 at about 5.45)

Staff Paul was so patient as I find it hard to make decisions. We had a good discussion about my needs and he took the time to explain my options. I have been looking for a bed for 18months as mine is broken and because I walked into that dreams store I'm finally getting a new bed. I didn't like the price I ended up paying but it's a lot and so no one would and I know that this is the price of it and no matter where I go if be paying about the same.

John in the Epsom store was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

Excellent service from our sales person. He was very patient as we spent quite a while trying out different beds. He had good knowledge of the products we were interested in.

The assistant was very polite at all time, he knew all about beds and after telling him my needs he pointed me to the correct bed. The whole experience was quick and painless.

Paul was very helpful and explained the different bed option well. The whole process was very quick.

I was highly satisfied, because despite water pouring through the ceiling from a damaged pipe in the property above the Dreams shop in Epsom the gentleman was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I am only sorry I cannot recall his name for this survey.

I initially attended Dreams and the assistant was really thorough in explaining the products to me. I later attended and was served by the manager who was equally helpful and comprehensive in explaining the products

This was a follow up to a previous visit to complete an order after some family discussion. Thus we were able to complete transaction quickly.
