When visiting the Epsom branch of Dreams, I received excellent customer service from Kim. She helped me see the products I had found on the Internet and helped select a headboard. She was also very helpful on working out prices of packages and finding a delivery date. Thank you Kim.

My husband and I were impressed by information supplied regarding the best mattresses required for different sleeping positions i.e. whether you sleep on your back, side or otherwise.

John was very helpful and personable. We discussed the merits of the different options and he had some valid suggestions which helped me decide the best products for quite specific needs due to space constraints. I enjoyed shopping at Dreams as I like to shop locally where I can. Although the shop isn't the biggest, there is a fair range to view with more on the web site that I returned to store to discuss with John. I was pleased with the free delivery offer and the discounted bed frame cover which lasts 5 years as the frame I bought has moving parts i.e. storage drawers.

Sales assistant available as soon as we walked in and he knew his stock very well as what we wanted was not on display but he showed us on the computer

All my questions were answered and advice given when I asked for it. I was allowed to spend as much time as necessary trying out the beds.
