As soon as I went in, I got help from one of the staff. They helped me find exactly what I wanted, order it and set a delivery date (which was today). It has arrived safely and I am happy with the experience.

Member of staff was on the ball as soon as I entered the store very knowledgeable and offered useful comments as we looked at products nothing was to much trouble and he made sure that I was satisfied as I progressed with my order

Store manager was very knowlegable on products. We stated what mattress we currently had and he directed us to an equivalent range explaining the benefits of each in the range. We made the decision on the item we bought, not guided towards any one in particular in that range.
