Dreams - Epsom

Had a hard time choosing the right bed frame. So much choice and styles. With the help from the sales team, we found the perfect bed for our needs.

John was very friendly, had a good product knowledge and was extremely helpful answering my questions and advising me.

We were very impressed with the assistant at the Epsom branch. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressurize us to purchase a bed. We wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Kim was very knowledgeable about the product, explained the options clearly and helped us choose the right product without being too pushy.

The assistance given at the shop was very efficient and placing the order was a quick process.

Very friendly staff & very helpful

We knew what bed we required, but unfortunately there was not one in the showroom. Our assist Paul was able to call up some highly detailed information and pictures of the bed we wished to purchase. Paul never pressured us in any way to make the purchase, but was full of useful information.

We went to Epsom Dreams store and was served by Jon. He was a really polite gentleman with great customer service skills. We had just been to another bed store and was treated with no respect and ended up just walking out. We then decided to try dreams and within seconds Jon was explaining everything we needed to know, he then left us to look for ourselves until we decided what we liked. He was great to deal with and because of this service we shall always go to dreams for our beds in the future.

Excellent service from member of staff. Went through each step so I fully understood what to expect with regards to delivery etc. Staff answered all my queries. Pricing is laid out very clearly. Very clean premises with good layout
