We both had a good idea what we were looking for when we visited the showroom but the salesman was very knowledgeable explained the difference between the various mattresses and wasn't at all pushy with regards to selling any particular item. He was friendly and dealt with the order very quickly.

The sales assistant was very friendly and welcomed me and my friend when we arrived. He was very knowledgable about the products and i loved the fact that we were offered a cup of tea.

We were buying a bed for my mother and found something in the sale that suited her needs perfectly. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable and helped us consider several options but left helpful space for us to consider and decide.

Kim greeted us as soon as we walked in and found out exactly what we were looking for. She explained about all the colour coded beds and then allowed us the time and space to look at all the products and make a decision. She even gave my daughter a better quality pillow to help her make a better decision. We were offered tea or coffee to drink while we were in the store and Kim was on hand for any questions we thought to ask. She was thorough in her explanations during the whole process including accommodating my awkward shift pattern when deciding on a delivery date. It was an overall pleasant experience and we didn't feel rushed or over pressured like you do in many stores by assistants needing to make a sale. I would definitely use the Epsom branch again.

It's a long time since I've been in the position of having to buy a mattress, and this time on my own. I was put at ease and had things explained very thoroughly, with no pressure to buy or hurry to make my mind up. I was even offered a tea or coffee, which I certainly didn't expect - but it was a very nice touch and much appreciated. I don't tend to give recommendations, but I would say which store I had used and how I had found them. Obviously the final proof will be when the mattress is delivered and I can hopefully get the benefit.

The assistant saw me looking and approached me and was so helpful after I told him what product I saw on online. He explained why they did not have one in store. Then we sat down and he supplied me with a delivery date and went through all the details of the product, free delivery, 40 night ' guarantee ' for the mattress as I could not try one, everything. He even gave me ideas on who to contact to see if they would disassemble the bunk beds for me! John could not have been more helpful and very friendly. Great service!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Listened to what we wanted. Showed us the products available for our needs. Everything, including paperwork, was carried out quickly and efficiently.
