The whole experience after walking through the door and meeting Paul filled us with confidence that we would be choosing the right mattress.

As soon as we walked in, the store manager (possibly called Paul?) made himself available to us straight away; he was friendly and down to earth, and we didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell to us for the sake of selling but rather making sure we were making a well informed decision. We would definitely return.

This is not the largest Dreams Store, but the professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service we received was beyond our expectations.

The Sales person was excellent at describing the product and very helpful . He knew exactly the products on display and the way he went about explaining in detail the different product available VERY GOOD
