The Sales Assistant John was approachable and friendly and had a good knowledge of beds and matresses. He took on board our concerns and explained in detail what each product did, along with the price and let us have a good look before we came to a decision to buy. Overall the service John provided was very good!

We have purchased two beds previously from you over about ten years, a new main bed and a spare room one, this purchase was for a mattress only,as I need a firmer one as I now have a slight back problem.

Sales manager was very knowledgable and we were able to make a decision on my sons bed very quickly. We've always bought our beds and mattresses from Dreams and the bed we have just purchased is replacing a set of bunk beds bought over 15 years ago.

The girl in the Epsom store was very approachable, friendly, knew her product knowledge & explained it cleary. She processed my order quickly & efficiently which was handy as I was on my lunch & only had 1/2 hr. Both bed & mattress were ready to deliver within 3 days so very happy, even happier knowing we'd get notification of a 2 hour time slot
