We wanted a simple single bed as quickly as possible and this is exactly what we ended up with.

The Assistant (Paul) was explained the range of products extremely well and summarised the differences between the range of mattresses on offer very clearly indeed. He allowed time for us to explore the different mattresses and made no attempt to pressurise a sale. He made all the difference in us completing the purchase!

Knowledgeable, polite, helpful, efficient service and honesty of the staff was fantastic.

The staff were professional yet also friendly.

I was not pressurised in any way. I explained to John (salesman) that I knew what I wanted, so he left me to look around the store, which was great he left me to look , and said is there anything I need he would be there to help. I picked the bed and headboard, and again only come over to explain the details. Good Salesmen.

Kim approached me after the right length of time. Listened to my needs. Showed me the cheapest option first as I requested and worked our way up. She knew the products well. Offered me coffee! A nice touch. Helped me get a pillow. Left me to try then out in my time. She explained about the home satisfaction guarantee and the removal of old mattress service. Offered extra insurance which I declined without prejudice. Delivery available at a convenient time.

Kim was brilliant. Left just the right amount of time before asking if she could help. she was knowledgable, offered me a pillow, encouraged me to take plenty of time. She made me a coffee, told me about the guarantees. She offered me insurance but wasn't pushy and I declined. Can't wait to get my new mattress.

The assistant spoke to me as soon as I entered the store. I was really impressed with her knowledge. I was dithering with my choice, but she didn't make me feel I was wasting her time.
