Dreams - Epsom

Paul greeted us when we entered the store and gave us the help and advice we needed and directed us to the type of mattresses we were looking for. He then left us to try them out and make our decision. He was very knowledgable about the products and was able to answer all our questions. Delivery was free and delivery dates available within a couple of days and they were able to take our old mattress away to dispose of.

Whilst being informative, the colleague was not overbearing and gave us time and space to enable us to make our choice.

Our assistant , Paul, was very helpful and friendly.

We came in a week ago and were assisted by John, who was extremely helpful and nothing was ever too much. We went away to think about it and came back today to purchase a bed and mattress. If we weren't welcomed so kindly last week we wouldn't have come back today. It's so nice to see great customer service and these days it's so rare

Staff were very attentive new all the answers to my questions.quick putting details in computer and telling me delivery date only two days and my mattress has been delivered.
