Dreams - Epsom

I purchased beds and mattresses from dreams in the past. I was very satisfied with the quality of the products, the service and delivery.

LOVELY SALESMAN (PAUL) VERY HELPFUL AND GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS IN STORE. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS TO COME AND SEE HIM.

Sales assistant was:- pleasant - clean and well presented in the company attire - friendly but non intrusive - kept his eye on our moments throughout the entire visit and one gesture towards him gave us his undivided and knowledgeable attention. On entering the store he introduced himself and offered us refreshments - he made us feel valued. The store was well stocked and extremely clean.

Very helpful store employee. Very efficient and understanding. Couldn't fault him on any count.

We had been to two other bed stores & didn't receive the same level of service and advice as we did from Dreams,layout of store and beds made our decision much easier to choose the right bed.

Helpful information by phone prior to visiting store by Manager. Good service at Store by young female assistant on Bank Holiday and offered refreshment which was welcome on hot day.
