The gentleman serving me was extremely professional and informative about the products. He expertly handled the sale and even made me a cup of tea. I walk away with a great new bed at a reasonable price.

Was helped straight away, and given good information and choice of beds. The bed we wanted was already at the depot so delivery was arranged quick and to a day we requested.

WE were welcomed as we entered the store but not pressurised ,we then were given advice on stock and the different types and were offered tea or coffee which we accepted. we then tried out various matresses and pillows and decided which we wanted . Delivery could have been sooner than we wanted and for a fee the old matress will be taken away.

The Colleague in the shop was not 'pushy', dealt in facts, was polite and could not have been more helpful. After giving all the information we required he withdrew to allow us to make our decision in our own time.

The staffs are very helpful. He even offered us something to drink. He gave us the advantages of each choice of bed that we were looking for.
