John in your Epsom branch was experienced, knowledgeable on products, friendly and courteous. Not sure if I would have purchased a bed without the product knowledge with which he provided, my various options and product guidance. Questions asked, answers given, excellent employee.

Needed new mattress was able to get one and in a realistic time frame

John in Epsom is brilliant! Seems to know his stuff and helped me narrowing down options to making a choice without feeling pushed into anything. I haven't got my mattress yet so can't comment on product but having walked out of your Purley Way branch as nobody could be bothered to serve me and preferred to chat amongst themselves, I would like to make a point of the different service I have received from John in Epsom. I am actually surprised I bought from Dreams after that first dreadful experience!! Must say that the older gent (compared to his two colleagues) was friendly in Purley Way but was serving. He pointed us out to the male and female younger colleagues but they had no intention of cutting their stories short. They missed out on a sale for sure! Anyway, shame the bed I want is out of stock as now I might find one elsewhere before it comes back in.

An excellent service from the Dreams staff at the Epsom store

Amazing service, very knowledgeable sales man, store was very warm as NO air conditioning however he offered us ice cold bottled water with was great.

I went into the store knowing what item I was going to buy (a tempur cloud pillow). Couldn't see it immediately, but the assistant came to my rescue immediately. My grandaughter, for whom I was buying the pillow was encouraged to try out both the firm and medium pillow. The transaction was carried out quickly and efficiently.

The person was friendly and explained the various options available. We were able to try out various types of mattress to see which seemed most comfortable.

Friendliness of the staff and the way we were given space to make our decision also it was a very hot afternoon and the bottle of cold water we were offered was a nice touch.
