Icana was extremely professional and helpful - she quickly understood our needs and was bale to find the ideal solution. She maintained social distancing and it felt like a safe environment.

The assistant (John) was really on the ball, he was friendly and knowledgeable and guided me through the buying process.

The lovely salesperson gave me all the time I needed to research, try out and make my decision. With no pressure at all. The initial computerised analysis was interesting. The salesperson knew his products very well.

We had a lovely young lady called Kim helping us she was thorough, helpful, gave us lots of options to try and just made the whole experience so painless and easy. She also has a lovely attitude and great customer service skills!

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and explained all the options fully. I tried the bed I chose and was given PPE so I felt completely safe. The order and delivery was explained fully.

John and the lady working there were absolutely brilliant, incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Made the whole process a pleasure and even offered us a bottle of water while we waited. Very happy.

We were served by the manager who was very professional, helpful and listened to what our needs were. Overall a very good experience.

From the phone call speaking to John at the Epsom store so very helpful ... i had a query regarding packing up old mattress due to a back injury - he bent over backwards to help me, calling his head office how to resolve my problem, called me back straight away resolving the problem. The bed has now been delivered and the two guys that delivered it also could not have been more helpful, excellent service, they dealt with it no fuss or problem...I am very impressed with the 3 staff members that dealt with me and will highly recommend...Thank you to all 3
